🌱 From Our Garden to Your Plate ☀️

Our little guest garden is bursting with life under the warm Puglian sun. No chemicals, just pure nature. The tomatoes are ripening beautifully, soaking up every golden ray, and the delicate flowers of the cucumber melons are beginning to bloom.

You’re welcome to pick your own fresh basil for that perfect pasta, or snip a few mint leaves for a refreshing herbal tea. 🌿🍃
Everything grows with love so you can truly taste the sunshine in every bite. 🍅🌼🍈

🌊🐢 The first sea turtle eggs of the season have been laid in Torre Guaceto (at a 30 minute drive from Villa Gufo)! Every year, this moment fills us with hope, a beautiful reminder that nature is thriving and our region is on the right path.

Sea turtles are incredible creatures. They’ve been navigating the oceans for over 100 million years, returning to the same beaches where they were born to lay their eggs. Their presence is a sign of a healthy marine ecosystem.

Protecting them means protecting biodiversity, balance, and the future of our seas.

You can visit the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, highly recommended. The area where the eggs are located is a protected area.

Every evening, we’re treated to breathtaking sunsets from our panoramic terrace overlooking the stunning ‘Valle d’Itria’… There’s nothing quite like sipping a delicious glass of Italian wine while watching the sky transform into a masterpiece. 🍷

Arrivederci to our amazing intern, Sam!

Today Sam is going back home after four incredible months with us. He has truly become a part of our family, and his positive energy and dedication have left a lasting impact on all of us. Many guests who visited in the past weeks had the pleasure of meeting him, and they can attest to the wonderful contributions he made.

We are incredibly proud of everything he has achieved during his time here, and his absence will surely be felt. Sam, thank you for your hard work and the joy you brought to our team. You will be greatly missed! ❤️
