We specialise in private tours of the Ypres Salient tailored to your individual requests. Not only can we visit the popular traditional sites we are also able to take you to areas which are less well known and so are more peaceful and tranquil for your acts of remembrance and reflection. Tours can be planned relative to your nationality , for example we regulary run tours for Australian , New Zeal

On October 12th on the 106th Anniversary of the Battle of Passchendaele I had the honour of laying a wreath at the ceremonies on behalf of the Royal British Legion Ypres Branch.
We will never forget the sacrifice made by those men over one hundred years ago.

Out and about doing a recce for a couple of private tours coming up.
Never ceases to amaze me how this stuff keeps surfacing to the tune of 250 tons a year. By the way don't make the mistake of assuming this stuff is safe!

British shrapnel shell, packed with lead balls..one to be avoided.

Beautiful here today in the trenches at Sanctuary Wood museum. Dappled sunshine, bird song and red squirrels running around the trees.
A complete contrast to the horrors that took place here over 100 years ago

Meanwhile..back at the Brooding Soldier Memorial at Vancouver Corner, the Canadian authorities have placed some temporary information boards to commemorate the centenary of the inauguration of the monument. They have some really interesting facts and figures and are another reason to visit this iconic monument. Well done to all involved 👏
