🍫 Our Most Requested Recipe… Total Chalets’ Melting Chocolate Puddings 🍫

If you’ve stayed with us before, there’s a good chance you’ll remember these. Rich chocolate sponge, crisp on top, and warm gooey chocolate in the middle… served with cream and usually followed by very happy faces around the table.

This guest favourite has been on our Bansko menu since we first opened in 2008, and it’s still one of the desserts guests ask us about more than any other.

So many of you have requested the recipe over the years that we thought it was time to share it properly. 👩‍🍳✨
