🌿 Dear friends,
🌿 Just three weeks left till the beginning of the International Traditional Food Festival. It will be held in the Historical Park in Bulgaria on August 29th and 30th from 11 am till 6 pm.
🌿 There is food which satiates and food that tells history. We believe that everyone deserves the best food – this one which gives energy to live healthy and full of value life. That’s why we treat it responsible and with love and we offer your something different – slow cooked food, with care and patience, according to recipes which are saved and passed on to generations.
🌿 That weekend in the Historical Park will be gathered together master chefs, vine-growers, farmers and craftsmen from Bulgaria and the Balkans. For these people food is not just for feeding, it is a history told by taste.
🌿 We shall present people who keep culinary traditions alive. Our visitors will try food forgotten in urban life. They will learn more about the rich history on our land – about crafts, means of livelihood and creative work. We shall present products, which are going to disappear if we don’t care about. Recipes, which just a few people know will get a second life in front of you, and your senses will be awakened by tastes which you haven’t tasted for ages.
🌿 Among the vast spaces of the Historical Park, amidst the beautiful nature, you will have the opportunity to visit culinary workshops and numerous presentations of traditional dishes from Bulgaria and the neighboring Balkan countries. Skilled master chefs, famous sommeliers and organic food producers will demonstrate their skills for you. You will see them next to artisans shaping ceramics and farmers bringing the best of their labor to the market - honey, cheeses, spices and homemade delicacies.
