If I’m honest, our first impression wasn’t the best. We chose the flights and resort because it promised a short transfer. We landed at around 11:20am but didn’t reach check-in until 2:40pm!

Security through the airport was very slow due to the new checks, and once we were on the coach, we then had to wait for all the other passengers who were also trying to get through the same queues.
In hindsight, we would definitely pay for a private transfer. It would have meant starting our holiday hours earlier!

"100% Trustworthy, Reliable and Professional – An Amazing Excursion! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I honestly cannot recommend BG Taxi www.bg-taxi.com enough!

Sometimes booking excursions outside of TUI can feel a little daunting, especially when you’re booking something you haven’t experienced before. But from our experience, BG Taxi were 100% trustworthy, reliable and professional from start to finish.

We were a family with children of different ages, including two children with additional needs, so having a company that was understanding, organised and flexible was really important to us.

I initially had an issue because I didn’t have cash available to pay for our booking, but BG Taxi were incredibly understanding and sorted everything out for us without any hassle. Nothing was made to feel like a problem.

When I first met them, I was actually running late, but again, they were so accommodating and simply rearranged things for us without any stress. They met us directly at our hotel, provided our tickets there and then, and also made the tickets available digitally, which made everything really easy.

The excursion itself was absolutely incredible. We went on an amazing off-road adventure through the mountains, travelling through streams, puddles, hills and mountain tracks, with spectacular scenery and plenty of opportunities to stop for photos.

The day was packed with fantastic experiences including buggy riding, horse riding, archery, rifle shooting, a beautiful lunch in a stunning setting, pottery and shopping opportunities, as well as visiting the incredible mineral pure water with the three taps and waterfall.

We also had a bonus visit to a bee and honey farm, where we learnt so much about bees and the local area. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and gave us fascinating information about the Black Sea, bees and much more throughout the day.

The whole experience was relaxed and we were never rushed at any point, which was particularly appreciated with children with additional needs. Everything felt manageable, enjoyable and well organised.

There was music during the journey and we could even choose our own, which added to the fun and made the day feel really personal.

What impressed me most was how smoothly everything worked. BG Taxi made the booking process simple and reassuring, and the excursion company they arranged for us provided an absolutely fantastic experience.

If you’re considering booking an excursion while staying in Bulgaria but are worried about booking outside of TUI, don’t be. Based on our experience, BG Taxi are completely trustworthy, reliable and professional.

We had an absolutely amazing day and made some fantastic memories as a family. I would happily book through BG Taxi again without hesitation.
