- benefits and tips for employers!

That was the topic of last night's meetup, organized by our partners - Multispace - at the fascinating brand new coworking space WorkBetter - where we had the pleasure to discuss with employers from the Bulgarian HR industry what are the Pros and Cons of using Workations as a employee perk.

While , and are all great ways to incentivize your staff, they are not a panacea but rather just one of the many components that lead to employee well-being. We all agreed that the biggest challenge for employers is to prevent burnout and issues and this requires a far better job than just randomly organizing entertainment events for your people.

Different studies show that companies organizing suffer lower rates of burnout among their staff - but rather than a causation, I believe there is a correlation here, given that it is precisely these companies that care the most for their people.

It is great to get see so many people - such as our colleagues in Multispace, karavani.bg and Balcanic: - working on facilitating the concept here in Bulgaria, which we - at Nomad Balkans - believe is and is going to be a huge game-changer in the travel industry.

He is passionate about and folklore, so we made sure to bring him to the authentic Guesthouse of Baba Deshka, where he could experience first hand music, dress in a traditional costume, taste some delicious based on old recipes and certainly the astounding home-made rakia!

As you can imagine our team is fully remote and we love it! ☀️🌿One of the best reasons is we can explore some hidden places during weekend around our locations. At the end of the week we feel absolutely recharged and we start Monday motivated and happy! 😊 Because spending more time in or just changing your scenery can be the best for you and for your work!
