It’s also surprising how much has changed including the tours we offer as the ones we have now have mostly written themselves. After receiving the same requests again and again, we decided to give our guests exactly what they wanted. Our focus has never been on being the biggest tour operator or pushing for mass tourism. Instead, we empathise with our customers and value their individual needs whi

ch is also why we don’t offer budget tours because compromising the services and ultimately our customer’s experience would go against what we believe in. Conversely we try to provide tours that offer good value for money and skip the crowded bus tours because that’s not what we’re about. We think you should feel satisfied and this applies to everyone else too – from the booking agent to the local waiter. We encourage all of our guests to immerse themselves into the local environment-we’ll even teach you a couple of words in Bulgarian! Our tours are designed for the most curious tourists in mind. Whether you are booking a sightseeing tour or are coming on an adventure with us, we will show you places you never knew existed, tell you stories you never could have imagined and give you an experience that will make you want to return. We work hard to provide exciting itineraries and to carry them out accurately. Achieving this guarantees the best experience for you as a tourist. We are constantly researching new routes, trails, interesting sights and attractions and even handpick the accommodation ourselves. Why? So you can rest assured knowing that everything has been taken care of. Incorporating years of experience in both helping people choose a holiday and guiding tours in the local environment assure us that we know what a good guide is. Local knowledge and excellent communication skills are only the start because your guide is also your voice in an unknown country. Being an independent tour operator means that you can always speak to us directly, receive answers and updates to your queries in a speedy fashion. We are fully compliant to the European Union Package Travel Regulations and are a registered tour operator with the Bulgarian Ministry of Tourism which means that you and your money are protected in case anything goes wrong. This, of course, is highly unlikely. Nevertheless, we want you to know that we’ve got you covered.
