👉🏻Going to unknown places is our favorite thing to do.🌳
These days we visited Sirishtnik village. 🏡
The village is in western Bulgaria, Kovachevtsi municipality, Pernik Province.
It lies 25 km west of Pernik and it's 742 metres above sea level. Last population counting was in 2005, so it says that there are 268 people. But we didn't see anyone the whole time. It looks like a village that was blooming with life before everyone moved to the big city and everything in the village froze as if it were 1980.
The village is situated on the banks of the Svetlya River, a tributary of the Struma. You can also look around and visit ecopath "Looking at nine mountains", Rudina mountain and chapel "St. John Letni"
