Laura Fisher, 36, and Barry McNeice, 35, visited North America, Southeast Asia, Australasia and Scandinavia while looking after 25 dogs, 20 cats and even miniature ponies at 23 different homes.

They got all their accommodation for free by getting in touch with people who needed animal sitters.

Laura explained: "It's the kind of thing that sounds too good to be true but we were genuinely able to travel the world by looking after animals ... Anyone who is good with animals who classes themselves as a people person and also likes an adventure should give it a go." They returned to the UK in March this year, but hope to do it all again in the future ✈️🌎 Repost
