•We encourage you to bring along a box of frozen and prepared treats. You can import all foodstuffs for personal use without difficulty providing you *do not bring* in fresh produce or fresh seafood. Bringing coffee, tea, biscuits, condiments, canned and packaged delectables as well as frozen steaks and fish will save you time, trouble and expense upon arrival.
•On your way in from the airport, we suggest you ask your taxi driver stop at the nearest grocery store/market to pick up perishables such as milk, eggs, baked goods etc…
•Or Ask about our Grocery Stocking Services $20 (i.e. Pre-stocking the vacation home with a few groceries).

•From April 1st – October 31st is Peak Season, rates are slightly higher due to the additional running of the air-conditioner, water usage etc.. Shoulder Season: November 1st to March 31, rates are lower.
•Reservations are booked & confirmed on a 'First Come, First Served basis'. We kindly request prior to you confirming & paying for your reservation, contact us to ensure your requested dates are still available to avoid disappointment. We reserve the right to adjust our rates and to update our policies as deemed necessary.

The Neighbourhood
•Channel View Lane is a very quiet residential neighborhood located in Hamilton Parish on the northern side of the island, certainly a vacationer’s paradise. Here you would be living as locals do. The apartment is located near the water and has stunning views of the North Shore. Also easy access to the Railway Trails which is along the ocean, for a closer breath taking views, or just sit, relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean (a must on your things to do list). Getting Around
•The apartment is 7 – 10 minutes from L. Wade International Airport. We are located in the eastern end of the Island close to St. Georges and approximate 25 – 30 minute ride to Hamilton or 45 – 50 minutes to Dockyard. The nearest grocery store is a 7 minute walk and nearest public beach is a 15 minute walk.
•We are close to major bus routes that run early to late, on the main roads for getting anywhere on the island easily.
•If you know where you want to go, we are 7 minutes’ walk to the bus stop, which can take you east of the Island to the Town of St. Or a 5 minutes’ walk to the bus stop, which can take you west of the Island going into Hamilton, and getting a transfer onto another bus or the ferry to continue your journey to Dockyard.
•Public transportation is good and reasonably priced. Tickets or passes can be purchased at the Post Office or at the Bus Terminal. Adult fare is $3.50 per ticket, weekly pass is $62 and monthly pass is $69. The bus line run at 15 minute intervals. Operating schedules are available at the apartment and “Zone 14 Bus Tickets” for purchase.
•Mopeds are available for rent but we would only recommend them to those with long experience riding motorized bikes/scooters. Ask and we can arrange for you.
•Mini-Cars are now available for rent in Bermuda. Visitors can now explore Bermuda by renting electric two-seat Twizy vehicles from Current Vehicles Bermuda at Hamilton Princess & Beach Club and other locations. Twizy stands for “twin” and “easy.” These vehicles can travel up to 50 miles on a single charge. Requirements: Valid Driver's Licence for a Car. Must be over 25 years old.
