Through a pandemic that silenced the world and these current social conflicts that tested our resolve, we never stopped believing in Bolivia.

Every destination we've opened across South America carries the same promise: to show the world what this continent is made of. Not just its landscapes, but its people, its culture, its soul.

El turismo no es un lujo, es trabajo, pan y divisas para Bolivia.

Somos el sector que exporta $800M al año, que emplea a 425.000 personas directamente y que todavía no se recuperó de los bloqueos de enero.

En On Experiences, hoy están en riesgo 5 familias con empleo directo y 25 personas más que dependen de nosotros indirectamente. Personas reales. Familias reales.

Los bloqueos no solo nos quitan turistas, nos quitan el derecho al trabajo, al acceso a medicamentos, a la comida y a vivir en paz.

Pedimos al Gobierno que gobierne para todos: que resuelva la crisis de combustible, que atienda las demandas sociales con diálogo, y que proteja a los sectores que generamos divisas y empleo para el país. Y que atienda a los turistas que siguen atrapados sin poder salir del país.

Bolivia merece estabilidad. Nosotros queremos trabajar por Bolivia.

We're hiring at On Experiences 🇧🇴

Are you passionate about travel, fluent in English, and ready to grow in the tourism industry? We're looking for an Operations & Sales Assistant to join our team.

You'll start part-time handling the operational side of our tours (bookings, logistics, supplier coordination) and after 2-3 months, you'll grow into a full-time position that also includes direct sales and client service.

What you'll do:

Operations (from day one):
-Organize tours including transportation, guiding & accommodation
-Create, modify & cancel reservations across providers
-Coordinate and follow up on supplier payments
-Keep booking databases accurate and up to date

Sales & client service (full-time phase):
-Sell and recommend Uyuni tours to international travelers
-Handle client inquiries end-to-end in English
-Issue vouchers, itineraries & booking confirmations
-Support marketing efforts for the Uyuni destination

What we're looking for:

-Conversational to advanced English (mandatory)
-Background in tourism, hospitality or related fields
-Highly organized, proactive & detail-oriented
-Available to go full-time after 2-3 months
-Bonus points if you know Uyuni firsthand.
