Space and it's infinite wonders

For the first time in an ordinary galaxy, astronomers have spotted a hidden pair of supermassive black holes in orbit around each another. The binary system was discovered because they were ripping apart a star just as an observatory happened to be looking in their direction.

No se lo pierdan/Don't miss it

Lluvia de estrellas, Líridas 2014

El 22 de abril se tendrá el pico de la lluvia de meteoros, llamadas Líridas. El evento comenzará a las 1:00 am, y la radiante se ubicara en el noreste entre la constelación Lyra y Hercules, muy cerca de las estrella brillante Vega. Se esperara alrededor de 10 a 20 meteoros por hora.

La ubicación de la imagen es para La Paz, Bolivia. Es también valida para las ciudades que estén en el hemisferio Sur. Este evento es mejor visto en el hemisferio Norte.

Hay que tomar en cuenta que la luz de la Luna puede afectar a el número de estrellas que se verán, se recomienda verlo desde el inicio del evento.
