Our downwind kite safari brings you the adventure of doing a several days-long ongoing downwinder along the tropical and largely deserted sandy beaches of Ceará, Piaui and Maranhão in North Brazil. And it comes with the service and support to make it a truly enjoyable tour with a minimum of worries and plenty of new things to see and experience. We downwind around 30 km per day from Kitespot to Ki

tespot parallel to the beach. We are going to kite at various beaches and get to know the most beautiful and famous Kitespot on the North-East-Coast of Brazil. Kite in perfect waves, flatwater lagoons, rivers accompanied with sightseeing and lots of fun and Adventure.

The Parnaíba Delta is in a corner between the coast of Piaui and the Maranhão, the Parnaíba river meets the ocean and forms the only open sea delta in all of America.

When approaching the Atlantic, Parnaíba opens up into five branches and originates a set of ecosystems that add up to around 2700 square kilometers, comprising beaches, dunes, streams and mangroves that surround more than eighty islands.

The birds are Red Ibis locally know as Guará !!! "A revoada dos Guarás" happen every day at the sunset in the middle of the Delta !!!
