Epic journey through the Pantanal with Alex and Ronaldo

We booked a Pantanal tour with Igor, who helped us out with the organisation of the tour and gave us all the inns and outs via Watsapp, easy and very responsive despite the time difference between Brazil and Europe.

The booking was very professionally done, we paid a deposit and got a PDF confirmation.

Upon arrival, Igor met us and helped us with some baggage complications. He then introduced us to Alex and Ronaldo outside who would be our guides for the tour.

Alex is extremely knowledgeable, reads constantly in his spare time to know every detail about the wildlife, from the time of the day and location to see the animals, to recognising sounds and footprints. Excellent job! He is also a cool guy and likes to joke and have fun!

Ronaldo was an excellent driver and also a really cool guy, overall I can say that over the 5 day tour we became friends, it was really an epic journey and we managed to see lots of wildlife in diverse locations of the Pantanal.

We were the last guests as everything closed behind us due to the Corona virus, and the guys even helped us out at the airport to secure the flights, check in and make sure everything works out. They constantly adapted to our wishes throughout the entire tour.

Thank you Alex, Ronaldo, and Igor for your knowledge, kindness, and most importantly, hospitality! The epic tour was worth every penny!
