The guesses are over! I’m boarding Virgin Voyages’ Resilient Lady in a couple of weeks 🛳️❤️

This will be my first Virgin sailing, and y’all know I’m not going just to be cute in that red dress. 😂 I plan to experience as much as I can—from the food and entertainment to the cabins, quiet spaces, nightlife, Key West, and Bimini—so I can come back with firsthand knowledge for my clients.

And, of course, I’m taking y’all along with me!

Cruises 🤝🏾 all-inclusive resorts? Okaaaay, I’m listening!!! 👀🌴🚢

Royal Caribbean Group and Sandals Resorts have announced plans to partner. Under the agreement, Royal Caribbean Group would acquire a 50% interest in Sandals and Beaches Resorts, bringing the cruise and resort companies together in a new joint venture.

So what does this mean for travelers right now?

✨ Your existing cruise and resort reservations continue as usual.
✨ Current loyalty programs are staying as they are for now.
✨ The companies plan to explore ways to make their vacation experiences easier to discover across both brands.

I know what some of y’all are thinking: “Can I use my cruise points at Sandals?” That would be interesting, wouldn’t it? But no shared loyalty benefits or cruise-and-resort packages have been announced yet. The deal is expected to close in early 2027, pending approvals.

As someone who loves helping clients find the right vacation—whether that’s a cruise, an adults-only resort, or a family getaway—I’ll be watching to see what this partnership brings.

Well, I’m back home, exhausted, and I hit the ground running with everyday life stuff—but what an amazing week it was!

This sailing gave me the opportunity to experience the ship, explore the destinations, learn from industry professionals, and enjoy cruising as both a traveler and a travel advisor.

From peaceful adults-only spaces and hidden gems aboard the ship to beautiful beaches and family-friendly thrills, I came home with much more than pictures and memories. I also came home with firsthand knowledge that will help me better match my clients with the cruise experience that is right for them.

Because every cruise isn’t for every person. It’s not just about choosing a ship or itinerary—it’s about finding the experience that fits the way YOU want to vacation.

And although I shared quite a bit with y’all throughout the week, trust me—I didn’t show you everything! I purposely held back some of the ship, the food, and those peaceful moments when I was simply relaxing and enjoying the experience.

So, consider this collage one final peek at the parts of the journey you didn’t get to see. The cruise may be over, but the knowledge, memories, and content I brought home are just getting started!

Good morning and Happy Friday!!

Well…Royal Caribbean put us off the ship this morning. Apparently, “But I’m still learning!” was not a valid reason to stay. 😂😂😂

The time went by entirely too fast, but I’m truly grateful for another opportunity to learn, grow, and experience more of what I’ll be recommending to my clients. Every training, every ship tour, and every firsthand experience helps me become a better travel advisor—and better prepared to support my clients from planning to sailing.

Now we’re sitting at the airport, back to reality…but with more knowledge, great memories, and plenty to share! ✈️🛳️💙

The Royal Beach Club Paradise Island was absolutely amazing! 🌴☀️

The ocean views were stunning, the water was beautiful, and the entire property was bright, colorful, and full of energy. We explored all three neighborhoods—Paradise Beach, Party Cove, and Chill Beach—so whether you want to relax, turn up, or enjoy a little bit of both, there’s a spot for you.

We also enjoyed the food, frozen drinks, pools, games, and plenty of places to sit back and take in the view. Now, let me be clear…it was HOT AS BLAZES out there! 😂 But we still had a really good time.
