After the completion of the Memorial Chorten construction, a fairy lady emerged in a vision of Chief Supervisor Dungsey Thinley Norbu Rimpoche. She appeared in his vision to pay respect and praise for the flawless construction and the establishment of religious sanctity, following the sacred geometries.
