BUCKINGHAM – The Queen of the United Kingdom, Queen Elizabeth II on Sunday gave high marks to the “Dragon King” of the Kingdom of Bhutan, King Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck, for bringing on board news standards in leadership, a legacy she said the world cherishes.
She said Khesar, who is the eldest son of the fourth Dragon King of Bhutan, Jigme Singye Wangchuck, and his third wife, Queen Tshering Yangdon; had brought new dimensions to leadership in Bhutan. “He is not only a leader, but a man of humility, intelligence and wisdom which Bhutan is blessed to have”, the Queen said.
