Role Overview;
We are looking for a experienced and organized Female Reservation to join our team at YuDruk Tours and Treks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and will manage essential booking operations, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities;

Ticketing: Handle domestic flight bookings

Hotel Reservations: Manage communication with hotel partners to secure bookings and negotiate rates for clients.

Guest Relations: Handle inquiries via phone and email, and provide detailed information regarding tour packages, tickets and hotels.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client travel documents.

Administrative Support: Assist the management team with daily office operations and scheduling.

Requirements & Qualifications

Gender: Female.

Age: 25 years old and above.

Experience: Proven experience in ticketing and hotel reservations specifically within a travel agency environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in travel software/Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills: A friendly, professional demeanor with a strong commitment to customer service.
