Captured in Moremi Game Reserve, the Red Lechwe are the most common antelopes found in the Okavango Delta. Large herds, as pictured here can be seen feeding on grass or sedges of the seasonal floodplains in the delta.

The graceful leap of Lechwe.⁣⁣

# DidYouKnow: The antelope that is most associated with the is the Red Lechwe. The water loving antelope takes to water to escape predators. Lechwe can take great leaps over channels and have a water repelling substance coating the fur on their legs which allows them to move faster through the water.⁣⁣
