With over a decade of experience in the fields of curatorial design and mindfulness practice, she has developed a unique approach to facilitating holistic well-being through creative expression and mindfulness practices.
Mother K specializes in crafting tailored wellness retreats and travel experiences that prioritize relaxation, mindfulness, and mental well-being, aligning with the growing trend for health-conscious travel.
Kerrith O'fee is the passionate force behind Victoria Falls Yoga , With a BA (Hon.) in Psychology and a BSocSci in Industrial Psychology & Psychology, Kerrith has dedicated nearly a decade to promoting holistic well-being through yoga and mindfulness. Kerrith has built Victoria Falls Yoga into a globally recognized brand, curating safe and transformative spaces for self-reflection amid the breathtaking beauty of the African bush. As a registered yoga instructor with extensive teaching experience, and a meditation and mindfulness guide, she leads each session with warmth, authenticity, and a deep commitment to helping you reconnect with your inner self.
