Lebo Manson is a results-driven sustainability professional with over 13 years combined experience in conservation, sustainable rural livelihoods and enterprise development.

She is experienced in managing community programs, developing nature-positive enterprises and fostering local economic development. She has worked with community trusts of NG8 (and briefly in NG32) in the Okavango region to scope for and potential community-based offering and build community capacity to develop and manage them as well as well as facilitate partnerships with private sector.

She is passionate about integrating local communities in the tourism value and supply chains.
