One of the things we love the most about Botswana is the space.

Yes space. The long roads. The open horizons. The stretches of land where there seems to be very little between you and the sky.

You can travel for hours and still feel that much of the landscape belongs to itself. There is something about that sense of openness. It gives you room to notice more. To look furtherโ€ฆand to sit with the landscape for a little longer.
And in a world that often feels crowded, Botswana truly is the place where silence is possible.

There are many ways to tell the story of a country. Through its history, its culture, its people, its landscapes, its development story, its milestones. It is the big things of course. But it is also through the seemingly small and often negligible things.

For us, Botswana is that first light over the Makgadikgadi Salt Pans. It is birds calling in the early morning. The cool air of an early morning in the hot desert. Perhaps that first cup of coffee before a game driveโ€ฆ
