Enstain “Killer”, a son of Tom Coalition from the former Eastern Pride and grandson of the late Scarface, has returned and is now back at the centre of the pride. He has already been seen marking his territory and mating with a female.

His return could be a crucial turning point for the pride. With Pretty Boy appearing to be in declining condition, the arrival of this powerful male could bring a serious new challenge to the current hierarchy.

Welcome Back, Eastern Pride

A remarkable return for Chobe’s Eastern Pride.

The two sisters, Mma Bogale and her sister, are now together with five sub-adult cubs, the two sons of their father, Caller, and one sister from another mother ,bringing the pride to around 11 lions.

After the catastrophe at Lesoma, this is a powerful sign of resilience and regeneration. A new chapter is unfolding for one of Chobe’s most iconic prides.
