This year’s official theme, “Digital Agenda and Artificial Intelligence to Redesign Tourism,” places digital transformation and artificial intelligence at the centre of conversations about the future of tourism.
For Botswana, this presents an opportunity to embrace technology to enhance visitor experiences, strengthen destination marketing, improve access to tourism information, support tourism enterprises and create new pathways for innovation across the sector.
