On this Sir Seretse Khama Day, we honor the vision and leadership of Botswana’s first President, a man who believed deeply in identity, history, and national pride.

As he once said, "We should write our own history books to prove that we do have a past, and it's a past that was just as worth writing and learning as any other. We must do this for the simple reason that a nation without a past is a lost nation, and a people without a past is a people without a soul."

We loved welcoming Meg and Chelsea from for a catch-up and exciting updates from their beautiful camps.

It was wonderful to hear more about the charm and experience that awaits at Mmatsebe, a property that continues to offer guests an unforgettable connection to the wild in the Khwai area.

The excitement doesn’t stop there… we also got a sneak peek into the brand new Tumani Tented Camp, opening this July! A stunning new addition that promises an immersive safari that will show the best of the Mababe region.
