Spending a day and an evening at Chef Michael Smith’s fireworks feast is something that shouldn’t be missed if youre coming to the island.

It was an experience of a lifetime.

Frank and I went together and after spending a couple of hours touring this outside sanctuary by the sea, and nibbling on foods grown and created there, we headed inside for dinner.

Our table of 16 people laughed and shared stories, celebrated a birthday. We started as strangers and left as friends.
