Where is everyone traveling?!

A family just got back from one of my absolute favorite places — Infinity Bay in Roatán! 🌴💙

I LOVE this place for so many reasons!!

When we went, we stayed in a 2-bedroom unit, and WOW. These rooms are HUGE! We had a super-comfy king bedroom with its own private bathroom, Liam had his own bedroom and the main bathroom, plus a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and a balcony that was basically the size of my living room at home. 😂 There was more than enough space for all 7 of us (plus kids on occasion) to sit out there comfortably!

Infinity Bay is a quieter, more relaxed resort, which is totally my vibe. It's not one of those big, busy resorts where you feel like you're constantly surrounded by people. The resort itself is built in a giant U-shape with the pools right in the middle, and the swim-up bar is right by the beach.

Want to relax with a book? Easy. 📖
Want to make your own party? Also easy. 🍹😂(and we definitely did)

The beach is smaller, but absolutely STUNNING. 🏝️ The real magic, though, is what’s underneath the water. You can snorkel and dive right from the resort, and Roatán is famous for its incredible marine life. Depending on conditions and where you go, you can see everything from huge schools of tropical fish to turtles, stingrays and even whale sharks. 🐢🐠🦈

They used to offer an all-inclusive option, although it looks like that's now limited to select packages. But honestly? You don't need it here. The buffet is fantastic and very reasonably priced, and there are also tons of highly-rated restaurants within a few minutes' walk of the resort.

To me, Infinity Bay is pure bliss. It's beautiful, peaceful, spacious and surrounded by some of the best snorkeling and diving IN THE CARIBBEAN!!

If your idea of a perfect vacation is a gorgeous beach, incredible water, lots of space and the freedom to relax without the chaos of a huge resort, put Roatán on your list. 💙

Best times to go is Feb to May (IMO) although throughout the summer is usually a safe bet as it is not typically in the hurricane belt!!

Today, let’s rate some of my favorite adults-only, all-inclusive resorts to quote in LOS CABOS! 🌴☀️

🔥 𝑩𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒕𝒉𝒍𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝑪𝒂𝒃𝒐 𝑺𝒂𝒏 𝑳𝒖𝒄𝒂𝒔 - A SWIMMABLE BEACH IN CABO?! 🤯 And downtown Cabo right outside your door?! This lively, sexy and social resort is perfect for a friends’ trip or a couple looking to let loose. With DJs, pool parties, rooftop entertainment, activities and nightlife, you’re pretty much guaranteed a good time! And don’t even get me started on the food… chef’s kiss! 🤌🏼

🎉 𝑺𝒂𝒏𝒅𝒐𝒔 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒔𝒕𝒆𝒓𝒓𝒂 - Not quite as party-focused as Breathless, but if you’re still looking for entertainment, activities and plenty to do, this is a GREAT choice! They even have a dance club! Set into the cliffs with the marina on one side and the ocean on the other, the views here are AMAZING from just about everywhere you look. Plus, there’s a swimmable beach nearby! Also right in town for all your off-resort exploration needs! - I've seen deep discounts on this one on multiple occasions and I will definitely be checking this one out!

🥂 𝑴𝒂𝒓𝒒𝒖𝒊𝒔 𝑳𝒐𝒔 𝑪𝒂𝒃𝒐𝒔 - If you’re looking to slow things down and enjoy a quieter, more upscale and romantic environment, this is your pick. Think beautiful suites, gorgeous infinity pools, elevated dining, a fantastic spa and that luxurious “do absolutely nothing today” kind of vibe. It’s perfect for couples who want to be pampered, relax and enjoy the resort without needing a party happening around them! Also on the list to check out!

My favorite resorts to quote? ✈️🌴

I quote resorts all over the place, but let’s start with one of my biggest sellers: Mexico! (we'll focus on ADULTS-ONLY resorts today)

The Riviera Maya is HUGE for a reason. Your budget can go a long way here, and it IS possible to check all your boxes.

I skip a LOT of resorts when quoting Mexico because I’ve done my research. I’m always visiting new properties, talking to resort teams and getting firsthand knowledge I can pass along to YOU!

Here are a few of my favorites to quote:

Previously the Grand Hyatt, this newly opened modern, upscale resort is getting fantastic reviews. The service, food, atmosphere and LOCATION are major standouts. You can walk to the shops, restaurants and bars of Playa del Carmen!

The beach isn’t its strong point, but if you want luxury + location, this one is worth a look.

💰 Because it's newly opened, pricing is currently fantastic — but I expect that to change as it becomes more established.

🌴 𝘾𝘼𝙏𝘼𝙇𝙊𝙉𝙄𝘼 𝙍𝙊𝙔𝘼𝙇 𝙏𝙐𝙇𝙐𝙈
A completely different vibe! More intimate, relaxed and surrounded by nature, with winding paths through mangroves and jungle.
Often a more budget-friendly option, PLUS it has a FANTASTIC BEACH. 🏖️
And it has a very loyal following of repeat guests!

✨ 𝙋𝘼𝙍𝘼𝘿𝙄𝙎𝙐𝙎 𝙇𝘼 𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙇𝘼 (also visiting)
A larger, upscale resort with sprawling grounds, multiple pools and plenty of space to spread out.
For me, this is the best overall balance of luxury, food, pools and relaxation.

🥂 𝙑𝘼𝙇𝙀𝙉𝙏𝙄𝙉 𝙄𝙈𝙋𝙀𝙍𝙄𝘼𝙇 (YES, I’m checking this one out too!)
I'm a little obsessed with this one. 😂 They have a signature fragrance that I have in my closets, my car AND my purse.

But beyond that? The Valentin is the chef’s kiss. IMO!
Large, lush and more traditionally Mexican, with a livelier atmosphere. And the SERVICE is exceptional.
Rooms, amenities, food and that loyal repeat-guest following? 👌

There are SO many more, but these are some of the resorts I quote most!

Because there isn’t one “best” resort — there’s the best resort FOR YOU.
