✈️ Michelle had the opportunity to attend an incredible Air Transat Training Camp in Mexico this year and she came back inspired, energized and ready to dream even BIGGER! 🇲🇽🌴

During this fast-paced FAM, Michelle stayed at Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort & Spa and toured an impressive collection of properties throughout Cancun, Costa Mujeres, Playa del Carmen and the Riviera Maya, including Majestic Mirage, Catalonia, Grand Palladium, TRS, Paradisus, Viva by Wyndham, Bahia Principe and Ocean Allure.

One of her biggest takeaways? Photos truly do not compare to experiencing a resort in person. Seeing the accommodations, beaches, dining, service and overall atmosphere firsthand gave her an entirely new perspective on which properties are best suited to different travellers and budgets.

She was especially impressed by the Majestic Mirage properties, TRS and Grand Palladium but the experience offered so much more than beautiful resorts! Michelle connected directly with suppliers, met fellow travel advisors and learned just how supported she will be when planning larger groups and destination weddings.

Most importantly, this trip encouraged her to stop letting fear stand in the way and start exploring exciting new opportunities, including special-interest groups! 👏

Grenada does not get nearly enough attention for everything it has to offer—and honestly, that’s part of what makes it so special. 🌴
I personally spent two weeks in Grenada earlier this year, and I cannot wait to go back. Between the lush rainforests, spice farms, breathtaking beaches, character-filled St. George’s and water that genuinely looks like a screensaver, this island has so much to experience.
But the best part? The people. Grenada is home to some of the warmest, kindest folks you’ll ever meet, and that welcoming energy stays with you long after you leave.

🚢 THE MACS TEAM IS ALWAYS LEARNING, GROWING & GETTING ONBOARD!

Today, two of our incredible MACS Travel Advisors, Alana Robinson and Sam James, had the opportunity to step aboard the Norwegian Breakaway while she was in port in Halifax — because there’s a BIG difference between selling a ship from a brochure and actually walking onboard and experiencing it for yourself. 👏

At MACS Travel, we’re huge believers that the more our agents experience, the better we can serve our clients.

Every cruise line is different. Every ship is different. And just because one ship is perfect for one traveller doesn’t mean it’s going to be the right fit for the next.

That’s why opportunities like today matter.

Alana and Sam were able to explore the ship firsthand, check out the dining and entertainment, see the family-friendly spaces (hello water park and ropes course! 👀), experience the different onboard areas and get a real feel for exactly who this ship would be perfect for.

And apparently, they also discovered one VERY important detail…
