My phone line is out of service . Bell was supposed to be here today to fix it and they didn't show up so we're going to try again tomorrow . In the meantime you can send an email and I will answer it . a
Also I am still doing inspections with the Canada Coast Guard Radio inspection on Wednesday .

We are doing inspections so we are delayed in starting the season but with all the sea conditions around the Island I wouldn't be able to sail anyway . The radio inspection is scheduled for Wednesday so one step closer !

Today was my last trip to Bird Islands for this season .It was a challenging season for me to tackle alone without my husband . A big thank you to all that supported my business and I this season . I wouldn't have made it through without everyone's kind words and support .
Thank you and hopefully we'll see you next May !

With the passing of my husband who was also my Captain for 29 years , I struggle everyday to keep going as he wanted . This is what was done to my sign at Seal Island Bridge . It was torn down and the top part with the pictures of the puffins and Donelda's was stolen also the bottom part that had Exit 12 on it . I figure they left the other two pieces because it wouldn't fit in their car . I suspect they are planning on coming back for the lumber which has been spray painted orange .If you came through that area and saw a vehicle or people around the sign , please send me a message .

We're staying tied up today . The forecasted seas are higher than we are allowed to sail in . Things are looking better for tomorrow and our first sailing is at 10:00 am Monday morning .
