I always say this is the best dessert in Banff.
And I stand by it.

This is the Sticky Toffee Pudding from The Maple Leaf ... warm, gooey, ridiculously indulgent and absolutely impossible to resist. In fact, I’ve made an offer to my food tour guests: “If you don’t like it, I’ll eat it.”

Guess what?
No one has EVER given it to me. 😂
Not once.

So if you think you can find me something more delicious in Banff, I’m willing to take the challenge.

Until then… I’ll be over here eating the sticky toffee pudding. ❤️
