Step back in time and see how fishing has traditionally been done on one of Newfoundland’s richest fishing grounds, you will learn about the tools the trade and the rich history of the cod fishery in Bay de Verde.

Join us for stories, folklore and food, and an all around grand time. We can't wait to meet you and have a day in the Bay.

GROUP SIZE: We can accommodate EIGHT (8) people per tour.

TOUR LENGTH: 2-3 hours including wharf, water, and tastings.

DATES: Saturday, Sunday and Monday tours at 10am and 2 pm. Daily tours starting August 12 until September 15

DRIVE: 2.5 hours drive from St John’s to the tip of the Baccalieu Trail. Route 70.

VESSEL: The boat is a 29 foot Proline vessel, fully certified with Transport Canada. Your skipper is fully certified in marine safety and is an expert fisherman with over forty years experience on the water. Your safety and security are held in our highest regard.
