Help Shape the Future of Tourism in Belleville.

The City of Belleville is developing a new Destination Development Plan and wants to hear from people who live in Belleville, visit Belleville, or are part of Belleville’s tourism industry.

The Community Tourism Survey will help us better understand what Belleville is doing well as a destination, improvements to make, opportunities to explore, and what priorities should guide tourism development in the future.

Whether you are a resident, tourism business owner/operator, tourism organization representative we’re looking for your perspective to help inform the future of tourism in Belleville.
The online questionnaire takes approximately 5-10 minutes and is open from Wednesday 7, October 2026 to Wednesday, 28 October 2026.

As a thank you for participating, those who complete the survey may enter a random draw to win a $200 Marlin Travel gift card.

🐦✨ Belleville is officially a Bird Friendly City and October is the perfect time to get outside and see why!

Surrounded by the incredible ecosystems of the Bay of Quinte, Belleville is a haven for bird lovers, outdoor explorers, and anyone looking to slow down and reconnect with nature.

From waterfront walks and conservation areas to quiet trails where you can spot migratory species, our region offers some of the best birdwatching opportunities in Eastern Ontario. 🌿

Nature Canada recently recognized Belleville as one of Canada’s newest certified Bird Friendly Cities, celebrating the community’s commitment to protecting habitats, supporting biodiversity, and creating spaces where both people and birds can thrive.

And if you’re curious to learn more, Migratory Bird Day is happening October 10th, 10:30 AM–12:30 PM at the Belleville Public Library (The morning starts with a 30-minute presentation, followed by an interactive, drop-in experience.)

Whether you’re an experienced birder with binoculars in hand or simply someone who enjoys the sound of birdsong on a morning walk, Belleville is a destination worth exploring. 🪶
