RELATIONSHIP INTELLIGENCE: Self-Awareness & Emotional Impact
Leaders with high RQ are tuned into how their words, tone, and actions affect others. They know their own triggers and strive to show up with intention, not just reaction.

That right there is the look of happiness.
I've been having a lot of fun lately - and not just in the 'self-care' department. I've genuinely been enjoying the networking aspect of LTB Leadership.

A little while ago I joined the Comox Valley Women's Business Network (which is where Jaqueline Kent snapped this photo of me).

Of course, at first, going to a networking event on your own is quite intimidating....but after attending CVWBN the first time, I experienced how supportive and positive the environment is. Now after a few events, I've starting building some relationships with some incredibly inspiring women.

If you're a female entrepreneur, I genuinely recommend finding a women's business network in your region to join.
