Room to Reflect is now open at the Shaw House Visitor Information Centre, featuring work by Melissa Baron alongside fellow artists in this travelling exhibition. 🖼️

Artist Highlight: Melissa Baron

Melissa Baron captures the textures of everyday life by painting scenes from her own home and incorporating pieces of it directly into her work, including her son’s drawings, glitter glue and bits of textiles. Through open and closed doors, shifting light and layered interiors, her paintings speak to longing, belonging and the passage of time, transforming familiar spaces into intimate portraits of motherhood and change.

The Zamboni hit the icy trail at Vezeau Beach this morning!

Our 400-metre skating loop is ready for you! Skate during the day, or come back in the evening for a magical experience under the lights. Bring some hotdogs and a thermos of hot chocolate and take a break at one of the picnic tables and firepits scattered around the trail.
