Healey Cove Cottage 3 bedroom Waterfront Cottage in Bracebridge Ontario Sleeps 6 The downtown offers a variety of shops, services and eateries. Up to 6 guests and no pets allowed.

Four Season cottage in Bracebridge Ontario. 2 hour drive from GTA or 4-5 hours from Ottawa. 20 minutes to Santa's Village and Downtown Bracebridge. The Lady Muskoka boat cruise is a great opportunity to see cottage country from the water. A favourite spot is the Muskoka room at the front of the cottage with comfortable seating for four people and beautiful views of the lake. Also has a large deck

with patio and Broil King BBQ, fire pit, and shallow entry swimming which gradually deepens. The lower land portion of the cottage is great for playing sports like soccer, volleyball, etc with 160' deep by 70' wide. For winter enthusiasts there is a snowmobile entry nearby. Minimum check in age for booking/rental agreement - 25 years old

WHAT'S INCLUDED:
The cottage is fully furnished and includes the following:

Kitchen:
Fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, glasses, coffee cups, cutlery, pots and pans. Amenities included:
Air conditioning unit in the Muskoka room, ceiling fans in all bedrooms, Muskoka room and living room. Pellet stove in living room for colder months. Baseboard heaters in all bedrooms. Entertainment:
Television (no cable), cd player, DVD's, puzzles, games and limited wi-fi (30 GB). Outdoor:
Patio, broil king BBQ, fire pit by the lake
2 Kayaks
4 Seater Pedal Boat
Water lily pad
Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to the safety and liability concerns. Parking 3 cars maximum

Linens - please bring your own sheets, pillows, towels, kitchen towels and beach towels

Bring water shoes

Check In: 4:00 PM
Check Out: 10:00 AM

No smoking inside the cottage or large gatherings. Please respect our neighbours. No boat launching. Make great cottage memories with your loved ones that will last a lifetime.
