When not on the trail, our cozy living room home-base will pull you in with great
coffee and house made snacks. Our mission is to show and share how adventuring in the backcountry is accessible to you, your family, and friends. We create adventures that will introduce you to the skills and knowledge needed to go out into the backcountry on your own (or stick with us forever if you fancy). Located in Bragg Creek’s iconic Old West Mall, our home-base and living-room serves as a meeting point for the Handle-Bar community. A cozy living room would never be complete without good coffee and a snack beer/wine). We offer a selection of refreshments and snacks inspired by the German, Austrian and Swiss kitchen in a unique service concept. We are a locally owned family business with German roots. Our mission is to spread the joy and possibilities of backcountry adventures with everybody, right here in our backyard, the way we grew up learning to love the mountains.
