This week’s member highlight is McKenzie Outfitters!

We offer foreign non-resident archery Whitetail hunts on a sprawling cattle operation, family owned for three generations. Operated in southwest Manitoba in the Souris river valley.

We have offered Deer, Waterfowl and Upland game bird hunts on the family farm since 1998.

For the last 15 years we have also been offering Bear hunts at one of our two fly-in Bear camps located in the unspoiled pristine Canadian Shield Country in Atikaki Provincial Wilderness Park.

Halibut to bluegills….One extreme to another.
Finally made time for maiden voyage of our new to us boat. Ran like a top and smiles all around. Just gotta figure out all this electronic s**t . What do you need 2 fish finders the size of flat screen tv’s with gps, maping that talk to the trolling motor?!? Next step is seeing if side kick can waterski

RIP Trapper
The good the bad and the ugly rolled into a curly brown haired fur ball. Thank God he mellowed in old age. 12 years of us both being hard headed & putting up with each other’s BS.
Always said he acted like he owned the place but I was making the payments!!
His intense focus, especially regarding hunting and my family’s security, was a force of nature that nothing wanted to reckon with. He only smiled when surfing on a quad or just after putting something or someone in there “place”.
