☑️No Pet Allowed
☑️$200 Cleaning Fee
☑️Security deposit $500 and is returned within 7 days of stay.
☑️Payment Schedule: 50% deposit of rental fee at booking. Balance, security and cleaning fee due 30 days prior to stay.
☑️Cancelation Policy: cancelations great then 30 days from date of stay will be refunded minus 25%. No refund for cancelations within 30 days of stay unless rebooked at the same rate.
