A few days later you’re in the green of the Coffee Region, where the pace changes and mornings start earlier. Then come quieter places like Mompox, where it feels like time has been allowed to do its thing.

Sometimes the best way to understand a place is to slow down.

In Medellín, the cable cars give you a calm, steady view of the city. Neighbourhoods climbing the hillsides, parks tucked between them, everyday life happening below.
