Living the good life πŸ™πŸ½ for me it’s being alcohol free and I just recently celebrated my 10 years, alcohol was never part of our lifestyle and it feels good to walk forward with clarity . My journey includes reclaiming my identity, healing, reconnecting with the land and stepping into our Traditional ways. Since the beginning of my mountain journeys this is where the magic happens, each step forward is a blessing, as well learning one story at a time by sitting with elders and leaders from our community πŸ™πŸ½

Lesson in life β€˜Ask for help’ ask and they will come πŸ™πŸ½ Today 6 beautiful amazing sisters came over and we got rolling putting our hearts to each pouch that was made. We cut and prepared 250 pouches and pre-cut a few hundred more, my heart is beyond happy and I am so beyond thankful πŸ™πŸ½ A good smudge with good food, tonnes of stories and big auntie laughs I loved this day to the max ❣️ sharing good medicine with all those who walks with us β€οΈπŸ™πŸ½β€οΈ tail .vanadis πŸ™πŸ½

What I love most about my recent visit to Mexico. Learning about our connections to other cultures, in Mexico our guide Perfecto talked about First Nations, Maya and the Peruvian peoples, we are all connected with the same traditions, we just practice a little different. From guide to guide I walked side by side the guides and asked one million questions, I found myself full of curiosity and to tell you the truth Mexico felt like home. I was blown away with the knowledge each of the guides hold, I often reflect on how I share stories of our Indigenous ways, it felt good to say I am on the right track. With my commitment to continuing to learning of our stories, there’s so much more to share, I stand super proud of being πŸ’― percent Kainaiiki, Blood Tribe

It starts as a dream ✨ last fall I had to work my butt off to get my dream car - Toyota 4Runner 😍 and I absolutely love how it drives and how safe I feel on the roads. Now I need to supe it up, with some decals. I’ve been scrolling the internet with ideas but if you have any suggestions please feel free to DM, I’m hoping to have the detailing done in May
