COMMUNI TEA means everything to me, which is why I created Paddle A Board in the first place.

Connecting with such a beautiful company over the years who have also been through it with highs and lows, and Calgary based, is what encourages me to keep going. Karly Jacobsen ✨ and Mitch Jacobsen — documenting the reality of CPG not only created the best clean energy drink on the planet Rviita ® Energy Tea they created an incredible community of great people to hang out with.

Thank you for having me join in your very first walk/run here in Calgary. I am looking forward to the next one.

I am so looking forward to next Sunday where i get to share space with and the amazing people we have sign up on our next day retreat.

The Summer Solstice marks a peak of light, growth, and expansion. This retreat is an opportunity to pause within that fullness, to listen deeply, connect with what is present, and explore what is ready to be expressed and brought forward with intention. The season is kicking off and I am so excited to get back on board and connect with some new people.

I am not selling.

Paddle A Board saved my life at a time when I needed it. I created a safe space for anybody to feel welcome and I want to continue doing this. Just with some changes to what I can deliver ☺️

Like bringing my wellness channel into this too.

Life gives us hurdles and this is one of many that I have had to learn with running a business.

Last year, I had the privilege of taking over .sup and bringing some incredible ladies and young girls together for a fun day on the water. I was joined by some awesome ladies who worked hard to bring this event to life.
