Travel Requirements to Manila
For guests flying to Manila, please make sure to bring standard travel documents, such as your itinerary receipt or booking confirmation, and a valid ID. Please refer to the list below if there are additional requirements based on your origin.
The City of Bacolod requires all departing guests to present the following travel document requirements, to be accepted for flight:
For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI):
Travel Authority, valid for ten (10) days
Medical Clearance, valid for ten (10) days
For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR):
Company ID
Certificate of Employment
The City of Tagbilaran requires all departing guests to present the following documents, to be accepted for flight:
For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR), and Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):
Medical Certificate (valid for 7 days)
Travel Authority (valid for 7 days)
For Tourists on booked roundtrip flights originating from Manila, no new requirements are needed. Please just show the same documents presented for your Manila-Bohol flight, at Panglao Airport.
The City of Butuan requires all departing guests for Manila to present a negative COVID-19 test result, taken within five (5) days before the flight. The test may either be a Rapid Antibody Test (RAT) or RT-PCR (swab) Test or Antigen Test.
The City of Cagayan de Oro requires all guests departing for Manila to present a valid medical certificate (within 14 days from issuance) to be accepted for flight.
The Province of Capiz requires all guests departing from Roxas to Manila to present the following documents to be accepted for flight:
For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI):
Medical Certificate (valid for 5 days before date of travel)
Travel Authority
For Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) and Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF):

The Province of Catanduanes requires all departing guests to present the following documents to be accepted for flight:

Medical Certificate issued within three (3) days before flight
The City of Cauayan requires all departing guests for Manila to present the following travel document requirements, to be accepted for flight:
Travel Authority from PNP
Medical Certificate issued within seven (7) days before the flight
Based on government regulations, all guests departing from Coron to Manila are required to present the following documents to be accepted for flight:
For Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR), and Returning Overseas Workers (ROF):
Medical Certificate (valid for 7 days)
Travel Authority (valid for 7 days)
For Tourists on booked roundtrip flights originating from Manila, no new requirements are needed. Please just show the same documents presented for your Manila-Coron flight, at Busuanga Airport.
