You are truly outstanding athletes and incredibly talented artists who captivated the Calgary festival with your vibrant performances and unforgettable dances. It was a great pleasure to meet you, hear your stories, and witness the tremendous potential, energy, and dedication with which you preserve and promote Ukrainian culture in Canada.

Thank you for the warm atmosphere, sincere emotions, and the wonderful time we spent together. We hope this is only the beginning of our friendship and that many more shared adventures and travels lie ahead.

From Waterton National Park June 2026

🐻 Bear season is here in Waterton Lakes National Park!

May and June are the months when bears are especially active. Seeing one in the wild is an unforgettable experience, but it's important to remember that we are visitors in their home.

A few things everyone should know:

⚠️ Keep a safe distance β€” never approach wildlife for photos.
⚠️ Carry bear spray and know how to use it.
⚠️ Make noise while hiking to avoid surprising animals.
⚠️ Never feed wildlife.
⚠️ Keep food and scented items secured.
⚠️ If you see a bear on the road, stay inside your vehicle and avoid causing traffic jams.

Black bears and grizzlies are common in Waterton during spring and early summer, especially around valleys, lakes, and roadside meadows.
