The highlight reel of being a travel advisor looks pretty glamorous: beautiful resorts, bucket-list destinations, and incredible experiences around the world. ✈️

But behind every trip is a lot that social media doesn’t show.

It’s early mornings, late-night flight changes, hours of unpaid research, constantly changing prices, complicated logistics, and being available when a client needs help, sometimes from another country and time zone.

I love what I do, but loving travel is only a small part of this career. Being a great travel advisor requires patience, expertise, resilience, organization, and the ability to stay calm when plans unravel.

These aren’t complaints. They’re simply the hard truths behind the work, and a reminder that when you hire a professional travel advisor, you’re investing in far more than someone who can book a hotel.

You’re investing in their time, knowledge, industry relationships, problem-solving skills, and support when the unexpected happens.

And despite the hard parts? Helping my clients experience the world makes it worth it. 🤍

Food can make or break an all-inclusive vacation.. and these resorts understood the assignment 🍴

While most people are still thinking about sunshine, patios, and summer holidays, winter travel pricing is already looking competitive, and suppliers are offering some great early booking promotions!!
