Heads up Vancouver and North Vancouver drivers!

Two lanes of the Ironworkers Memorial Bridge will be closed from 9 pm tonight, until 6 am tomorrow (Saturday), as crews complete repairs to the bridge deck. Drivers can expect delays southbound overnight. Please use caution and obey the construction zone speed limit.

The closures are necessary for crews to repair a hole in the bridge deck. The steel plate currently there, may remain in place over the weekend, to protect the repairs. Additional overnight closures may be necessary.
