• Line Cook
• Prep Cook
• Dishwasher

Line Cook Requirements:
✅2–5 years experience in high-volume kitchens
✅Ability to maintain high food standards and kitchen cleanliness
✅Positive attitude and strong communication skills
✅Works well under pressure and as part of a team
✅Foodsafe Level 1 required

Prep Cook / Dishwasher Requirements:
✅1+ year experience in high-volume kitchens preferred
✅Foodsafe Level 1 required
✅Must maintain proper sanitation and kitchen cleanliness
✅Reliable, motivated, and ready to learn!
(training will be provided)

Everyone meet Sailor 🐾 our newest patio regular and already a local fave. We absolutely love when your furry friends join you at Quay West! it’s one of the best parts of patio season.

Sailor and his humans loved it so much they came back twice in a row so we had to snap some pics! (we don’t blame them it’s hard to stay away😉).
