🌊 Interested in working as a sea kayak guide this summer? Join Our Team for the 2026 Adventure Season! 🏞️

Spend your summer on the water in Cape Broyle, NL with A Wilder Experience! We’re hiring sea kayak guides for the 2026 season – full and part-time positions available.

Join our guide team

• What you’ll do: Lead memorable sea kayak tours in stunning coastal Newfoundland, sharing your passion for the ocean and safety with our guests.
• Training: Paddle Canada Level I skills training provided as part of your onboarding.
• Pay: Competitive seasonal salary, with opportunities for additional hours as demand allows. Guides keep gratuities earned on tour.

What you need
• Previous sea kayaking experience (previous guiding experience an asset).
• Valid First Aid certification.
• Your own reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours (weekdays, weekends)
