TIP: Always check the status of your flight after a time change because in some cases the departure time is altered. You should get a message from the airline if there is a schedule change but it is the passenger’s responsibility to confirm flights at least 24hrs prior to departure.

******UPDATE***MEXICO*****************WestJet Vacations has continued to monitor developments in Mexico closely, with the safety of our guests, crews and ground partners as our top priority.

Following a thorough review of current conditions and working alongside Global Affairs Canada and our operational partners, we will be resuming regular operations to and from Puerto Vallarta (PVR), Guadalajara (GDL) and Manzanillo (ZLO) beginning Tuesday, February 24. We are confident in our ability to operate safely and reliably and look forward to welcoming guests back onboard.

Guests with diverted or cancelled flights, originally scheduled to depart February 22-23, 2026, may be eligible for a full refund to the original form of payment or choose to change to an available flight within 2 days of your original departure date. Guests with upcoming vacations – February 24 -27, 2026
Guests with vacations originally scheduled to depart between February 24-27, 2026 may choose to change their departure date or destination at system rates for travel up to April 24, 2026, or cancel for a full refund in the form of a WestJet Vacations travel voucher with a one-year validity. Please contact the WestJet Vacations Sales Centre at 1-877-664-3205.
