Employment visa in Poland
Here is step by step guide through the whole process:
Inviting company will obtain the employment invitation (for 1 year) on your name according to the open vacancy through the local Voivodeship Administration. Original documents will be shipped to you by courier service. You will have to submit your application in person to the Consular Division of the Republic of Poland in your country. A short interview will be conducted by consul on the same day. As soon as your visa is granted, you are ready to depart to Poland. Your employer will meet you on arrival & take to the place of expected work. Work contract will be signed on arrival. After 3 months of work, you are eligible for the residence permit.
Work visa package includes invitation letter for work (for 1 year), guarantee letter from the employer, application form
Employment requirements:
minimum 18 years of age
speak English at the basic level
clean criminal background

planned arrival date to Poland (at least 3 months ahead)

Time-frames: work invitation processing takes 30-60 days, delivery worldwide up to 5 days, D-type visa application through the embassy of Poland 10-20 days.

1. Construction work
Unskilled construction workers are needed. Additional responsibility is to maintain the cleanness of the territory.
Requirements:
Age between 20 and 45 years;
Great working capability;
Skills of performing work in a short time and at a high level.
Initial rate: 3 USD per hour;
Work schedule: 8-12 hours a day, five days (if desired, Saturday - 6 hours);
Accommodation: provided, apartments for 3 to 5 people are offered;
Official employment according to the Employment contract (Umowa o prace);
Medical examination and safety training is provided, salary on the bank account;
Insurance is provided;
The object is located on the outskirts of Krakow. Work trips to Germany, Netherlands paid extra.
2. Production line
Job for men, women, married couples.
Responsibilities: work on the production lines of car parts. The factory is comfortable and modern.
Polish proficiency and work experience not required. Introduction & training will be done.
Initial rate: 3.6 USD/hour (net)
Job schedule: 10-12 hours/day
Accommodation is provided except utility bill.
3. UBER taxi drivers
Weekly pay, at least 200 USD a week.
The work schedule: Monday through Thursday from 7 to 12, break, then from 15.00 to 22.00. Night shifts on Friday and Saturday.
Accommodation in a hostel. At least 1-year driving experience is required. Necessary to get a certificate of no criminal record (around 14 USD).
Place of work is the city of Krakow. Pay is 800 USD a month. Pay during the trial period is 800 USD a month.
The number of hours per month is 300. Work Schedule: 5-6 days a week, 10-12 hours a day. Accommodation: 145 USD a month. Meals are free.
