· Additional guest parking (now 8 total spots for guests and their visitors)
· Adirondack chairs
· New driveway
· High-end BBQ
· New picnic tables
· Two new outdoor sofas
· New hammock
· Fresh bedsheets, quilts, and blankets
· New cutlery, plates, and glasses
· New carpets
